Key experiences of the companies involved in the Lean
Project |
| |
The chief editor from Mototecnica -
Lorenzo Gargiulo - will moderate the
meeting |
The globalization of the markets creates tremendous business
opportunities, but also entails strong competition. Hence,
the demand to our companies is to offer a product that best
satisfies the customer’s needs and turns him into the
leading force of the company and of its organization.
The Lean Enterprise - stretching from the supply network
to the distribution system– has an efficient organizational
structure focused on the value-creating processes, especially
where the hierarchical levels are adequately balanced between
decision-making speed and operations.
The Lean Enterprise concepts and practices are the guide
for the company to overcome the new challenges of the industrial
scenario such as the increasingly tough competition from low-cost
countries and the growing level of service and customization
required by the customer. The company remains competitive
and can grant its shareholders the right return on their investments.
The Change Management Project devised and implemented in
Ducati throughout the adoption of the Lean Enterprise principles
has lead the company out of a crisis and has turned it into
a leader in terms of brand, product and organizational model
renowned as effective and competitive.
